How to Turn a Product URL Into a Video Ad
A practical URL-to-video workflow for turning Shopify, Amazon, and ecommerce product pages into scripts, storyboards, AI shots, and reviewable video ads.

A product page already contains most of the raw material for a useful video ad: product images, benefits, price cues, specifications, reviews, and brand language. A product URL to video workflow turns that source material into a structured creative plan before editing or generation begins.

The approved story can then be adapted to the channel:
- 9:16 vertical for TikTok Shop, Reels, and Shorts.

Adaptation should protect important content rather than blindly center-crop it. Product edges, hands, captions, and price information all need safe framing. Audio should have its own timeline so a visual cut does not accidentally break narration or music.

Review the first exported frame as carefully as the full video. Many placements display it as a thumbnail, and a poor crop can hide the product before playback begins. Then watch once with sound, once muted, and once on a small phone screen. This catches narration problems, caption-only comprehension gaps, and fine details that disappear at mobile size.
