URLReel Terms of Service

Terms for using URLReel early access, product URL analysis, creative planning, and AI-assisted video features.

Last updated: 2026-08-04

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using URLReel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Early-Access Service

URLReel is being developed as a URL-first workflow for ecommerce video ads. Features may include product-page analysis, creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, reference-controlled AI shots, HyperFrame composition, captions, voice, review, and multi-format export.

The current public landing-page preview does not call a paid video-generation API. Early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, have usage limits, or be unavailable while integrations are tested.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your URLs, Assets, and Instructions

You retain your rights in the product pages, images, clips, copy, trademarks, briefs, and other material you submit. You grant URLReel and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transform, and display that material only as needed to provide and improve the requested service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit and use each URL and asset. Public availability does not automatically grant advertising, copyright, privacy, publicity, or trademark rights.

AI-Assisted Outputs

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can contain visual defects, inaccurate statements, inconsistent product details, or material that resembles third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing every script, claim, frame, caption, voice, and final export before publication.

URLReel does not guarantee advertising performance, marketplace approval, legal compliance, originality, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular campaign. Do not rely on an output as legal, regulatory, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Acceptable Use

You may not use URLReel to:

  • Violate law or another party's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Create deceptive claims, impersonation, undisclosed synthetic endorsements, or manipulated evidence.
  • Generate illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, or dangerous content.
  • Upload malware, bypass access controls, scrape private data, or disrupt the service.
  • Misrepresent your authorization to promote a product, brand, person, or marketplace listing.
  • Resell access, evade usage limits, or automate requests in a way that harms other users or providers.

Generated Media and Commercial Use

Subject to these terms and any provider-specific restrictions, you may use eligible outputs for your business or clients. You remain responsible for securing music, voice, model, trademark, product, platform, and advertising rights. Some providers or source assets may impose separate licenses that continue to apply.

Payments and Credits

If paid plans or usage credits are introduced, the price, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation rules shown at checkout will control. Video generation may incur non-refundable provider costs once a render starts. No public pricing promise is made by the current preview.

Intellectual Property

URLReel, its software, design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or authorize use of the URLReel name or logo beyond identifying the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The early-access service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, permanent storage, or compatibility with every product page, browser, marketplace, or media provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URLReel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, data, goodwill, campaigns, or business opportunities arising from the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated date above will change when revisions are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Contact

Account holders can send questions through the support controls in their URLReel workspace. A public support address will be added before production launch.
